What is SigBuzz?
SigBuzz is an enterprise email signature marketing tool that enables companies to standardise and deploy email signature across a whole company.
How does SigBuzz work?
SigBuzz keeps your company's standardized email signature in a centralised location in the cloud. Whenever you want to make changes to your company's email signature template, simply update it in the SigBuzz Admin portal. The new email signature will be pushed to your employees automatically. No other effort required.
How do my company’s employees get the latest standardised email signature?
Once you adopt SigBuzz in your organisation, your employees need to install the SigBuzz plugin (Microsoft Outlook, Chrome or Firefox). Once installed, the plugin will push the latest company email signature to the employees’ laptops and computers.
What Desktop email client does SigBuzz support?
SigBuzz currently supports Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010, running on Windows XP and above.
What are the web-based email clients supported by SigBuzz?
SigBuzz integrates seamlessly with SingTel ONEOffice. Once you compose an email on the web in SingTel ONEOffice, you can get your company's HTML email signature embedded automatically. You will need to download the SigBuzz Chrome and/or Firefox plugin for this feature.
How can I install the SigBuzz plugins on my company's employees’ computers without requiring them to do the installation?
The SigBuzz plugins can be individually installed on your employees' computers, or can be pushed from your IS department to all the employees using tools like LANDesk.
